Did you know... The Guernsey cow is a small island dairy breed that is known for it's high quality milk! In fact, Guernsey milk is very unique! It contains 3 times as much omega 3 as other milks and is a wonderful golden colour due to the Beta Carotene not being digested and broken down by Guernsey cows!
